Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All Tales from Fairyland letters are physical items sent by post. Each letter is carefully prepared, packaged, and sent as part of a monthly correspondence from Fairyland.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1.55 per order. If you place an order containing more than one item — such as multiple subscriptions or a subscription alongside a one-off letter — shipping is free.
Subscription letters are posted at the beginning of each month. To receive the next month’s letter, subscriptions must be placed before the 23rd of the preceding month. One-off letters are posted within a reasonable timeframe after purchase, usually within 3 days.
While postal delivery times can vary and are outside our control, we always take care to send letters promptly and securely. If a letter does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
Tales from Fairyland creates physical letters that are prepared especially for each recipient. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once a letter has been written, personalised, or sent.
However, we want you to feel confident when subscribing.
If you receive your first subscription letter and feel it is not what you expected, you may request a full refund and cancellation of your subscription, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving the letter. This applies to the first letter only.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, your subscription will be cancelled and no further letters will be sent.
If there is a problem with your order — for example, if a letter arrives damaged or does not arrive — please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
If you wish to stop your subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account, or through your bank. Cancellations must be made before the date you signed up on (eg, if you signed up on the 3rd, make sure you cancel before the 2nd of the month) to avoid being charged for the following month’s letter.
We believe in thoughtful correspondence and clear communication. If something hasn’t gone as expected, we encourage you to contact us so we can help.
