Customer Care
We want every letter from Fairyland to arrive safely and reliably. If you have any questions about your subscription, an order, or a letter you’re expecting, we’re always happy to help.

We aim to reply within 2–3 working days.
Subscriptions
If you have questions about your subscription, billing date, or would like to make changes or cancel, you can manage this through your account or contact us directly. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you sign up and continue until cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
All letters are sent by post, set to arrive at the beginning of each month. If your letter hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Missing or Damaged Letters
If a letter arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you, please contact us with your order details. While postal delays are outside our control, we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please let us know before the 23rd of the month to ensure the next letter reaches the right place.
Gifts and Special Letters
If you’re ordering a subscription or one-off letter as a gift and have questions about timing or personalisation, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to advise.
